Tragoudia jia tin Paula

This album is a real family affair: Produced by my dear friend Theofilos Fotiadis, written by Theofilos and some of his closest friends, performed by a stellar cast of musicians from German and Greek music scenes (among many others almost the whole line-up of the Royal Street Orchestra), it is telling life stories of the Greek community in the city of Düsseldorf, Germany, in a very unique and beautiful way.

Since Theofilos obviously took care of the bass himself, here I had the chance to appear in absolutely new capacities: in one song, I played a groove using a moving box, in another one I was part of a “football-fan” backing choir. After years in the making, it was finally released in the summer of 2021, and it´s highly recommended, especially if you happen to be Greek!
